Clinical Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Analyst I to analyze patient data in a high throughput laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze raw data for patient testing results and perform high-complexity analysis of genetic variants
• Make judgment calls on individual samples and ensure timely re-work of failed samples
• Participate in training, quality assurance, and troubleshooting technical problems in the laboratory

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a biological, chemical, or clinical laboratory science
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, with at least 1 year in a high-complexity clinical laboratory preferred
• Strong understanding of good laboratory practices and regulatory compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform medium work and exposure to various hazards in a laboratory setting
