Clinical Data Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability and completeness of clinical data, the remote Clinical Data Analyst will manage the end-to-end understanding of the clinical data lifecycle, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify data gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integration strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and monitor healthcare facilities generating high-quality clinical documents to quantify data gaps
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and proof-of-concepts for new data integration technologies to assess viability and quality improvements
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define data requirements and implement reliable data pipelines

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with exposure to healthcare data interoperability
• Strong experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Background in analyzing interoperability networks or HIE integrations
• Skilled in data visualization and presenting complex findings to diverse stakeholders
