Clinical Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting healthcare quality and operational analytics initiatives, the full-time Clinical Data Analyst will create clinician outreach assignments, develop operational reports, and analyze data to monitor productivity and quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on business priorities
- Develop recurring operational reports and dashboards tracking key metrics related to outreach and productivity
- Analyze data and perform quality assurance reviews to identify discrepancies and improve operational processes
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of HEDIS experience or similar healthcare regulatory reporting program experience
- 2+ years of Business or Clinical Analytics experience
- 2+ years of process improvement experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
