Clinical Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Clinical Data Analyst will perform data analysis, develop operational reports, and manage clinician outreach assignments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on business priorities
• Develop recurring operational reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Utilize Alteryx and Excel for data preparation, transformation, validation, and reporting

Required qualifications

• One or more years of HEDIS experience or participation in similar regulatory reporting
• Two or more years of Business or Clinical Analytics experience
• Two or more years of process improvement experience
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent
