Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Data Analyst Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experience studies to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, and suggest areas for process improvement
- Develop reports and dashboards to define, support, and forecast the position of the enterprise
- Lead the development and delivery of data analysis findings, solutions, and recommendations presentations to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of health-related experience
- Minimum seven years of data analytics experience or a Master's degree with five years of data analytics experience
- Experience in presenting on analysis and interpretation of data
- Previous project management experience with large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience with cost of care projects and clinical reporting needs
