Clinical Data and QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and QA Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and collaborate with the QA Manager to ensure compliance and data quality for a growing organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and QA Plans
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
