Clinical Data and QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and QA Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in data analytics and EHR management to oversee daily productivity reports, establish KPIs, and ensure compliance in collaboration with the QA Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including KPI establishment and compliance monitoring
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
