Clinical Data and QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and QA Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in data analytics and EHR projects, focusing on managing daily productivity reports, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including KPI establishment and compliance monitoring
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues while maintaining user control and documentation

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support and administration
• Experience supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
