Clinical Data and QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and QA Coordinator to manage EHR-related projects and daily productivity reports in a full-time remote capacity, requiring residency in RI, MA, NH, or NY, while collaborating with the QA Manager to ensure compliance and data quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while establishing KPIs and QA plans
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality initiatives, monitoring compliance and providing consultative service to staff
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring effective workflows and maintaining user control

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Experience supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
