Clinical Data and QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and QA Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while collaborating closely with the QA Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows and full resolution

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of EHR technical support, training, and administration experience preferred
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
