Clinical Data and QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and QA Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires a professional with strong Excel, reporting, and data analytics skills to manage EHR-related projects, track productivity reports, and establish quality assurance plans while collaborating with the QA Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work remotely and reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
