Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in Excel and data analytics to manage EHR-related projects, track productivity reports, and establish quality assurance plans while residing in RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
