Clinical Data Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Clinical Data Associate who will manage clinical data management activities throughout the study lifecycle, including data review, query management, and data reconciliation within the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system, while also maintaining Power BI dashboards to monitor data cleaning progress and study metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data management tasks, including data review, query generation, and resolution across all study phases
• Serve as a proficient user of the EDC system, generating reports to track data cleaning progress and conducting internal quality checks
• Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards to track data cleaning status and ensure data accuracy through regular reconciliation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health, science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in clinical research
• Clinical data associate/management experience at a CRO, pharma, medical device, or biotech company
• Hands-on experience with EDC systems such as Castor EDC, Rave, or equivalent
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Knowledge of current industry standards, including GCP, ICH, and CDISC/CDASH
