Clinical Data Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while ensuring quality assurance
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, providing solutions to enhance workflow efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
