Clinical Data Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track productivity reports, and collaborate with the QA Manager to ensure data integrity and compliance in a remote role for candidates residing in RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while ensuring quality control
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, providing solutions to improve workflows

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
