Clinical Data Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the remote Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while collaborating closely with the QA Manager and ensuring compliance across various data initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets for quality assurance
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
