Clinical Data Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage EHR-related projects, track productivity reports, and establish quality assurance plans while collaborating closely with the QA Manager and staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows and user support

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming is preferred
