Clinical Data Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including monitoring and reporting on compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
- Ability to work remotely and must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
