Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Data Engineer (CDE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage teams and timelines across multiple functional areas and platforms
• Develop end-to-end processes for data extraction and transformation from various sources
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined data integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, biology, or related field
• 9+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 5 years in data integration
• Experience with Python/R, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven ability to lead junior data engineers and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred certifications in AWS, R, or Python
