Job Summary

To support care management programs, the part-time Clinical Data Entry Specialist will accurately transfer clinical documentation into customer EHR systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations in a remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer clinical documentation into customer EHR systems accurately and without alteration
• Maintain documentation accuracy and protect patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with care management and operations teams while following established clinical-support workflows

Required qualifications

• Prior EHR/EMR experience
• 5 years of experience in a related field
• Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI best practices for remote work
• Experience in Medical Billing
• Knowledge of EHR systems such as Epic Systems, Athenahealth, and eCW EHR
