Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Exchange Program Director to oversee technical program management and ensure project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical program/project management best practices and provide training to project teams
• Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related technical projects and report consolidated project status to leadership
• Manage the execution of functional strategy and operational direction for the department, influencing practices and approaches

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• A relevant professional certification is required (e.g., PPM, PgMP, ACP, etc.)
• Experience in managing complex problems requiring extensive investigation and analysis
• Ability to influence others and communicate effectively with executive leadership
• No specific certification or licensure requirements are needed
