Job Summary
Supporting the Denials Management Team remotely, the full-time Clinical Data Integrity Specialist will maintain and enhance internal applications, Excel tools, and Tableau dashboards while investigating data accuracy and coordinating improvements with operational and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance DMT applications, Excel tools, and Tableau dashboards
- Investigate application defects and data integrity concerns, documenting findings and coordinating resolutions
- Validate data sources and report outputs to ensure accuracy in clinical and audit reporting
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, healthcare informatics, or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of experience supporting business applications, dashboards, or data analytics preferred
- Experience developing and validating Tableau dashboards and reports required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and PivotTables; Power Query experience preferred
- Experience with healthcare operations or compliance preferred
