Clinical Data Management Director

Job Summary

Directing clinical trial data management activities, the full-time Clinical Data Management Director will manage CROs, oversee database development and validation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate clinical trial data collection in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of clinical trial data management activities, including CRF/eCRF design and database release
• Manage CROs and service providers throughout the data management process life cycle
• Coordinate with Biostatistics, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure efficient and complete clinical trial data collection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 13 years of pharmaceutical development experience, with at least 6 years managing CROs
• Extensive experience in the design of clinical studies
• Advanced knowledge of Data Management processes and systems
• Previous people management experience preferred
