Key Responsibilities

Provide personnel management and training to junior staff in Data Management procedures
Create study Data Management Plans and oversee the design of study CRFs and databases
Monitor study timelines, communicate risks, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or equivalent experience in a related field
5-7 years of practical work experience in a clinical or technical setting
Direct personnel management experience
Demonstrated experience with clinical data management systems
Fluent in English
