Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research data management and database development for various clients and projects
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate technical, schedule, and quality issues with customers
• Participate in audits, manage project estimates, and identify opportunities for new projects and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a data management group
• Prior experience in database management preferred
• Fluency in English and local language required
• Knowledge of data collection requirements and electronic data capture systems in the medical device industry
