Clinical Data Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Clinical Data Management Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data management services, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulatory requirements while managing staff performance and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiency by creating and documenting department procedures and recommending departmental objectives
• Supervise and mentor staff, managing hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations to maintain positive team morale
• Oversee project deliverables to meet quality, time, and cost expectations while proactively identifying and managing project risks

Required qualifications

• A minimum of a college diploma/degree and 7-9 years of relevant experience
• CCDM certification is considered an asset
• Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff performance
• Strong understanding of data management processes and regulatory requirements
