Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Clinical Data Management Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of data management services, manage staff performance and operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and documentation of departmental procedures to ensure operational excellence
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff, while fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, time, and cost expectations, serving as a subject matter expert on data collection strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a college diploma/degree with 7-9 years of relevant experience
• CCDM certification is considered an asset
• Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement
• Strong understanding of data management technology and processes
