Clinical Data Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Warehouse for Research Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational needs of the Clinical Data Warehouse, ensuring adherence to deadlines and efficient workflows
• Oversee the data request queue and project assignments, coordinating analyst workloads and ensuring timely completion of requests
• Lead documentation and compliance review of data service requests and track operational information for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, project management, public health, or a similar discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in managing operational needs of data and/or IT teams
• Preferred minimum of 5 years of healthcare and/or pharmacy experience
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills
• Working understanding of research data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
