Clinical Data Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and execution for a clinical data domain, the full-time remote Clinical Data Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered analytics that enhance transitions of care and improve patient outcomes in post-acute and value-based care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development, managing the product roadmap and strategy for clinical data analytics
• Translate complex clinical and claims data into actionable insights and analytics for healthcare providers
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities to enhance clinical insights and drive decision-making for value-based care

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with ownership of product outcomes
• Hands-on experience with clinical data sets and understanding of transitions of care
• Familiarity with post-acute care workflows and performance metrics
• Experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in post-acute or value-based care domains
• Proven ability to drive key performance indicators such as retention and revenue growth
