Clinical Data QA Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
