Clinical Data QA Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Clinical Data QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and collaborate with the QA Manager to establish KPIs and quality assurance plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience supporting behavioral health programming is a plus
