Clinical Data QA Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data QA Coordinator will manage and track daily productivity reports, establish KPIs and QA plans, and ensure compliance while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring full resolution and efficient workflows

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of EHR technical support, training, and administration experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
