Clinical Data Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

Collaborating with the QA Manager, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality related projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring resolution and maintaining user control

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of EHR technical support, training, and administration experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
