Clinical Data Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, oversee daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including KPI establishment and compliance monitoring
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Preferred 2 years of EHR technical support, training, and administration experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• SQL experience is a plus
