Clinical Data Quality Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including KPI establishment and compliance monitoring
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support and administration
- Experience supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
