Clinical Data Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

Collaborating with the QA Manager, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage and track daily productivity reports, establish KPIs, and oversee EHR-related projects while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, quality check, and clean data sets in collaboration with the QA Manager
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including monitoring compliance and establishing QA plans
• Identify and resolve EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for software application users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
