Clinical Data Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the QA Manager, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans in a remote role for candidates residing in RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while ensuring quality control
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, providing solutions to enhance workflows for end users

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Preferred 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration
• Experience supporting behavioral health programming
• Extensive knowledge of computer programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
