Clinical Data Quality Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while ensuring compliance and quality assurance
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, providing solutions to enhance workflows for end users
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred
- Experience supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
