Clinical Data Review Assistant

Job Summary

Clinical Data Review Assistant is a temporary position that supports the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team by obtaining and processing information for patient genetic testing samples and performing clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers to gather missing information for test sample processing
• Track sample collection kits and update internal databases regarding test progress
• Assist Data Reviewers with inquiries and coordinate report release requests

Required Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or clerical experience
• Experience with Google mail and Google Documents
• Data collection and maintenance experience preferred
• Completion of HIPAA/PHI privacy training within the first 30 days of hire
