Clinical Data Review Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team, the part-time Clinical Data Review Assistant will manage communication with internal and external customers to obtain necessary information for processing genetic testing samples and reports while maintaining shared spreadsheets and performing clerical tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly communicate with customers to obtain or convey missing information for test sample processing
• Track sample collection kits and update internal databases regarding test development progress
• Assist Data Reviewers in responding to inquiries from clinics and coordinate report release requests

Required qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or clerical experience
• Experience with Google Mail and Google Documents
• Data collection and maintenance experience preferred
• Problem analysis and problem-solving experience preferred
