Clinical Data Review Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team, the temporary Clinical Data Review Assistant will engage with internal and external customers to obtain and process information for patient genetic testing samples, while maintaining shared spreadsheets and performing clerical tasks, working remotely Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm CST.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to obtain or convey missing information for processing test samples
• Track sample collection kits and provide updates on test status
• Assist Data Reviewers in addressing inquiries from clinics and customer support

Required qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or clerical experience
• Familiarity with Google Mail and Google Documents
• Experience in data collection and maintenance preferred
• Completion of HIPAA/PHI privacy training within the first 30 days of hire
