A company is looking for a GWTG Clinical Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply specialized knowledge to categorize, code, summarize, and interpret patient medical records
• Ensure quality submission of data in registries, maintaining high accuracy
• Navigate technical systems and troubleshoot issues while contributing to team best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Direct experience in emergency room care, bedside care, medical scribing, coding/billing, or quality information systems
• Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases
• Proficiency with MS Office and navigating search engines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated technical savvy and a desire to learn new systems and technology
