Job Summary

Supporting the Medicare Population Health Programs team, the full-time Clinical Data Specialist will facilitate chart reviews and prepare patient records for clinical teams, ensuring efficient medical care while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate multiple Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to retrieve and prepare patient charts for upcoming visits
• Identify opportunities to leverage external resources for accurate documentation
• Maintain communication with physician and nurse reviewer teams to support operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of Medicare and Medicare Advantage experience
• Ability to learn and work with multiple technical systems and programs
