Clinical Database Programming Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational efforts of the Clinical Database Programming team, the full-time Manager, Clinical Database Programming will support study-level strategy and develop Clinical Data Management Systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Database Programming team, ensuring compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
• Develop and implement strategies for Clinical Data Management Systems to support clinical studies
• Lead projects in clinical data management and database programming, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant experience as a database programmer
• 8 years of clinical data management and/or clinical database programming experience, including project leadership
• 3+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years of lead experience
• Extensive experience with EDC and web reporting tools in a pharma/biotech or clinical CRO environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11, and experience implementing CDISC standards
