Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine consulting offerings and capabilities in Clinical Development
Lead team capability development, training, and knowledge sharing
Support client project execution and business development as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the pharma strategic Clinical trial landscape
8-10 years of relevant experience in Clinical Development roles
Experience in client-facing roles, driving business growth
Bachelor's degree in a scientific/life science or business-related field; advanced degree preferred
Leadership experience and ability to manage fast-paced activities
