Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Denials Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable related to denied claims, including denial investigation and follow-up with insurance companies
• Compose non-clinical appeals and ensure compliance with billing regulations
• Maintain work queue volumes and productivity while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of training in medical billing, coding, or insurance processing
• Associate degree in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with EPIC medical billing is preferred
• Experience with hospital billing is preferred
