Clinical Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Clinical Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Team Leaders to manage Clinical Development trial documentation and ensure compliance
• Support vendor management, including contract reviews and oversight of vendor activities
• Assist in inspection readiness activities and facilitate team reviews of clinical protocols and related documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life sciences or related field
• 6+ years of directly relevant experience required
• Experience with clinical documentation and Trial Master File (TMF) management
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations
• Experience in vendor/CRO oversight and cross-functional collaboration
