Clinical Development Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Director / Director, Clinical Development Operations Lead (CDOL/SR CDOL), specializing in Obesity/MASH.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical delivery and provide operational input into late-phase Clinical Development Plans (CDPs)
• Develop and oversee operational strategies, timelines, and site selection across assets
• Drive adoption of innovative trial designs and ensure patient-centric approaches throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in life sciences preferred
• 10+ years of experience in clinical development or clinical operations for Senior Associate Director level
• PhD or MD with 5+ years of therapeutic area experience, or Bachelor's/Master's degree with 15+ years of clinical trial experience for Director level
• Extensive experience in global drug development, particularly in obesity and/or MASH
• Deep understanding of clinical development and operations within a global pharmaceutical environment
