Clinical Director, USA

Job Summary

To lead clinical initiatives and relationships across the United States, the full-time Clinical Director, USA will engage with major health systems, shape clinical strategy, and represent the organization at industry conferences while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build executive relationships across major integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers (AMCs), and specialty health systems
• Shape Heidi's US clinical strategy and track health policy developments to inform commercial direction
• Represent Heidi at major industry conferences and publish clinical content to build national credibility

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in US hospitals, health systems, digital health, or government-adjacent healthcare
• Deep enterprise networks across US IDNs, AMCs, and specialty leadership
• Familiarity with US health system dynamics, including IDN consolidation and value-based contracting
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise deals in healthcare
• Strong public presence and engagement with AI in healthcare
