Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Dispatcher, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Route emergent and non-emergent encounters for different service lines
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
• Manage incoming encounters through the encounter lifecycle workflows processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
• Ability to learn software and systems quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
